Hexblasts Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how D3SIGNLAB LLC (“D3SIGNLAB”, “we”, “us”) handles information in Hexblasts, our puzzle game for iPhone and Android (“the app”). This policy covers the app only. Our website has its own privacy policy.
The short version
- You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
- Your scores, settings and saved games stay on your device. We never receive them.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect some device information to show and measure those ads, as described below.
- Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your best scores, statistics, settings, your game in progress and whether you bought Remove Ads. This information is stored only on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
- Device identifiers, such as your device’s advertising ID. On iPhone, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only available if you allow tracking.
- Approximate location, estimated from your IP address
- Ad and product interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data
Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your advertising choices
- iPhone: the app asks for permission before it can use your advertising identifier for tracking. You can change your answer anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s Settings › Google › Ads (the wording varies by device).
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: the app shows Google’s consent form before personalized ads are used. You can change your choices anytime from the game menu under Privacy settings.
- Remove Ads: the one-time Remove Ads purchase turns off the ads shown between games. Optional ads you choose to watch for extra rotations or a second chance remain available.
Purchases
The Remove Ads purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your name, payment card or billing details. The app only receives a confirmation that the purchase was made, so it can turn off ads and restore your purchase.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Apart from the advertising and purchase services described above, the app does not send information to us or to anyone else.
Children’s privacy
Hexblasts is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information from the app ourselves, we generally have no data about you to show, correct or delete. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under local privacy laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. For information collected by Google for advertising, use the choices above or contact Google. For anything else, email us at support@d3signlab.dev and we will help.
Security
The app communicates with advertising and store services over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the app and its users.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
